Knwnlocal
KnwnLocal needed a refreshed marketing website that felt modern, premium, and flexible enough to evolve as the brand and offer changed.

Development
We repositioned KnwnLocal as the operating layer for hyper-local real estate — a trusted, data-rich brand for brokers and teams moving past generic SaaS marketing. The strategy separated the brand into three clear tiers: brand authority (editorial storytelling), product trust (structured data and workflow proof), and conversion (high-signal lead capture tied to individual neighborhoods). We mapped every page to a funnel stage and built the publishing system to preserve that hierarchy through AI-assisted edits.
We redesigned the UI/UX around reusable marketing sections, established design-system rules for layout and voice, and mapped those constraints into an AI-assisted content editing workflow.
The solution paired a refreshed Next.js marketing site with Sanity content modeling, Claude AI-assisted editing, and a publishing flow that can generate structured updates and send them live.
Within 90 days, organic sessions grew 3.4x, average time on page increased 62%, and lead-to-demo conversion improved from 8% to 21% on the redesigned agent pages. The publishing workflow cut weekly content turnaround from 3–4 days down to 2–3 hours, allowing the team to test more offers and iterate faster on messaging. The final result gave KnwnLocal a sharper marketing presence and a smarter publishing system, making it possible to refresh messaging quickly through Claude-powered edits and push updates live.
